RFI Americasrecently signed a lease to occupy 9239 Ravenna Road in Twinsburg,Ohio. They chose the 1,800 square-feet of office/warehouse space in PointEast Condominiums for their distribution of wireless infrastructures. Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus was the lead in this transaction.
In another transaction, Robert Wetzel of NAI Daus represented the landlord, FrancharInc. in a 7,500 square-foot lease located at 19860 Ingersoll Drive in RockyRiver, Ohio. The undisclosed tenant was self represented and will occupythe office/warehouse space July 1, 2010.
