Rocky River, Ohio – (March 3, 2010) – Robert Wetzel, Broker Associate of Cleveland, Ohio based NAI Daus recently negotiated a lease transaction for 7,800 square feet of warehouse space located at 19860 Ingersoll Drive in Rocky River, Ohio.  The Lessee, J.D. Moving Solutions, Inc., a local moving and storage company is further expanding their operations by occupying this location.  With this lease negotiation, J.D. Moving Solutions, Inc., will now occupy over 19,000 square-feet on Ingersoll Drive.  Wetzel represented the Landlord, Franchar Inc. in this transaction, J.D. Moving Solutions, Inc., was self-represented.
