I joined NAI Daus as a Broker Associate focusing on industrial properties and vacant land acquisition and sales.  I have been working in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio Real Estate industry for over 20 years and have a working knowledge of the necessary construction components, approval process, sales and marketing of both improved and unimproved properties.

Before joining NAI Daus, I was the Principal Broker of the real estate firm, Parkside Realty. There I managed all aspects of the business, including property listings and sales. I was also a Principal of Parkside Builders Inc., where I managed all areas of construction, from the residential structures to the company’s land development needs.  Previously I was the Vice President of Operations at Central Contracting Corporation, where I focused on the installation of improvements for land development projects.  With 20 years of experience in the development, construction and sales of commercial and residential land and structures, I bring many aspects to a real estate transaction.

•  Represented the landlord in the lease of 35,800 SF Office/Warehouse space in Rocky River, Ohio

•  Represented the tenant in the lease of 34,000 SF Flex space in Middleburg Heights, Ohio

•  Developed 52 lots in Avon

•  Developed 35 lots in Bedford Heights

•  Site Contractor (underground) for Landerhaven Corporate Park

•  Site Contractor of 100 acres in Medina (commercial, residential and multifamily)
